Its not a coding problem.this problem occurs due to the late Google crawl of the web sites.so don't worry regarding the backlinks after crawl you will get the back links of your web sites.

It can take some time for the search engines to 'credit' your sit with the SEO benefit of new backlinks.

You can't rely on Google's links report, use a tool like Yahoos or Open site Explorer.

Backlinks stopped working some months ago. I started noticing the missing backlinks show up in my post 'Preview' window, at the very bottom of the post, but they never posted nor do they 'assign' themselves to the post for which they were intended.

Firefox 5.0 (but had ver. 3.16 until just today)

I copied all of these 'missing' backlinks from a preview window and posted them in a new post, so one can see the extent of the problem:

Please make sure the difference between www.example.com, example.com, http://www.example.com or http://example.com

If you are posting links http://www.example.com then its correct and keep on doing the good job. All others ways are not reliable.

For faster results just click on the link where you posted so that search engine can consider from where the visitor came. Otherwise your link will be considered only when search engine crawls that website where you posted.

And if you are focused on a particular keyword then post your link like [link:example.com] My Keyword [/link]. Search engine will give you better ranking for that "My Keyword"

No its not the issue of coding.some time Google take the time to crawl the sites that is the reason for getting the late backlinks.
