Go.daddy.com has a program called trail blazer, it runs $30.00 for a year but it downloads your web sight into all the major search engines, also google hasa similar program called Search word marketing

you no longer have to submit your site to any search engines. That is old school. The engines will find you on theor own and would rather do it that way. That is the reason you want to have your web site info on other same theme related sites.
