Try video marketing, I think it's a good way to attract people and bring traffic in natural way. I'd like to call those link-building ways "hard link-building" because people can easily find your link and know what your real purpose is. However, the video marketing which can share knowledge in visual, indicating a "moderate link-building" that people accept naturally.

If you've been making article marketing, it also easy to reuse your old but useful articles by converting the text to video or making a screencast for your article.

Anything from a ton of spammy links, to great links. But if they are great links it will be expensive because these take time. However, just because you pay a lot does not mean the links are good! It's a minefield out there and unregulated too. So be cautious. The other thing is: with Google's updates this year, it's harder to fabricate links than it used to be. And done carefully, fabrication was a good way to get ranked in Google up to this year. Now it's trickier - and they are more likely to catch you out. The game today is honesty and sincerity. It's just easier! ;-) So: get terrific content on your site, share on the social networks (Facebook, Twitter etc) and make real connections with real people. That's the name of the game today. That way you will build up traffic - directly and from Google because G likes "social signals" (likes etc)" and into the bargain you are not tying your future success too tightly to Google itself. That is a good thing!

Our company uses a lot of techniques but i think the most effective way is to do it from social networking.

Since the goal of a social networking site is connectivity among users, this would be the most logical place to do link building since the traffic to these sites are usually insanely high on a daily basis.

Link building is the most important (and challenging) SEO skill. Actually, it’s a culmination of several different skills: you need to master content creation, sales, programming, psychology, and good old-fashioned marketing if you want other people to consistently link to your site.

One other thing that Google really likes is CSS. A great way to build links is to have several pages with similar but slightly different content that all link to each other inside a professional looking navigation menu. When Google crawls your page it appears that many other similar pages are linked to your page. I find that I usually get visitors to visit more than one of my pages too. http://tiny.cc/j4yag
