Make sure you have submitted your site to Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft. Put meta tags at the start of you pages. Put a robot.txt file at the root of your site. Make sure your site is search engine friendly and has lots of content. Search engines rank sits based on the number of single way links a website has from other website this means that link exchanges does not work. Give it time. If people like you website they will link to it and you page rank will increase.

Well, I have visited your website. It's aged domain but not getting the page rank high because you did not fallow the right Off-page seo services. So, apply off-page seo services as quick as. Coming to keyword ranking as per source keywords are good and you need to do some On-page change along with targeted keywords, title tags as well.
Once you complete the On-page change you can fallow Off page services as well. It would be better for your website traffic. Choose right seo company.

To improve your page rank, you need to have good content on your website and also quality backlinks pointing to your website.
