How do i add a quantity higher then one for my ebay listing and is there a special requirment that i must have in order to do this, for example a minimum amount of feedback?

Yes, there is a requirement if you want to list a multiple item. You need to have a feedbak score of 30 or if you are accepting PayPal for your listing, a feedback score of 15 will do.
Another option will be to become ID Verified. Though there is a fee to become ID Verified.

You must use the fixed price format. You must also be PayPal verified. You must have a feedback score of 10 or more. The listing must sell at no less than .99 cents.
